Human SPANXB1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06382)

The Assay Genie Human SPANXB1 ELISA Kit is configured to quantitatively measure SPANXB1 (SPANX family member B1), a cancer-testis antigen expressed during spermatogenesis and aberrantly re-expressed in several malignancies including melanoma. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate for chromogenic readout.

Each kit provides reagents for 96 individual determinations, with a 100 uL sample volume required per well. Reconstituted standards and concentrated detection antibody should be stored frozen, while remaining components remain stable when refrigerated. The protocol is intended for in vitro quantification of SPANXB1 in human serum or plasma specimens and is labeled for research use only.
