Human SPANXA2/SPANXA1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06381)

The SPANXA2/SPANXA1 proteins are paralogous cancer-testis antigens encoded on the X chromosome, expressed in normal spermatogonia and reactivated in melanoma, prostate, breast, and lung tumour tissues. This Assay Genie panel is calibrated against recombinant SPANX reference material and uses human-specific capture and detection antibodies, supporting biomarker work in patient specimens without significant cross-reactivity with rat or mouse orthologous antigens. The kit includes pre-coated microplate strips, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP reagent, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution, with a recommended 50 uL sample volume per well for duplicate determinations across the 96-well plate.
