This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures human SPAM1 in serum-derived and plasma-derived specimens, supporting research into male reproductive biology, idiopathic infertility, and acrosomal enzyme activity. The kit is supplied in a microplate format with reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations, and the colorimetric read-out is compatible with standard laboratory plate readers.
