Human SOX9 ELISA Kit

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, with kit storage recommended at 2–8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions sits between 84% and 102% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, while recovery averages approximately 97% across the same matrices. The workflow follows a standard sandwich ELISA format: antigen binding at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
