Human Sorting nexin-9 (SNX9) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Sorting nexin-9 (SNX9) in research samples. The assay uses a sandwich ELISA format with a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, and recovery in serum averages 100% (range 94–106%) and in plasma averages 102% (range 96–108%).

The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is supplied for research use only. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C unless otherwise indicated. Sorting nexin-9 is a member of the sorting nexin family involved in intracellular trafficking, endocytosis and vesicle transport, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and autoimmune conditions.
