Human Sortilin-related receptor (SORL1) ELISA Kit

SORL1, also known as SorLA, is a membrane protein involved in regulating amyloid precursor protein (APP) processing and trafficking, influencing the production of amyloid beta peptides implicated in Alzheimer's disease. Dysregulation of SORL1 expression has been linked to Alzheimer's disease pathology, making this kit a useful tool for neurodegenerative disease research, with relevance also noted to cardiovascular research applications.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.052ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.3% and inter-assay CV is 9.4%. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Sortilin-related receptor. For research use only.
