Human Sonic hedgehog protein/SHH ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Sonic hedgehog protein (SHH) in human samples. The assay is reactive with human samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a measuring range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL, and should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
