Human Sonic hedgehog protein (SHH) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of human Sonic hedgehog protein (SHH) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay has a reported sensitivity of 10 pg/mL and a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.2% and Inter-assay CV is 7.1%. The kit specifically recognises natural and recombinant human Sonic hedgehog protein (Uniprot Q15465) and uses a colourimetric detection method.

Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at multiple dilutions, with recoveries of 89% (serum) and 91% (plasma) on average. The product is supplied for research use only and falls within the Neurosciences research area.
