Human Somatotropin (GH1) ELISA Kit

Detection is colorimetric and the assay is specific for natural and recombinant human somatotropin. The kit is intended for research use only and is suited to studies in signal transduction, growth, metabolism and endocrine function.

Validated performance figures include a detection range of 0.39-25ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.10 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 5.3% CV and inter-assay precision is 8.9% CV. Linearity has been established in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Reported recovery ranges from 82-94% in serum and 84-96% in plasma.
