Human Sodium Coupled Neutral Amino Acid Transporter 1 (SNAT1) ELISA Kit

SNAT1, also designated SLC38A1, is a system A sodium-dependent transporter that mediates the uptake of neutral amino acids including alanine, serine, and glutamine. The Assay Genie kit supports quantification of human SNAT1 protein expression with no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat SLC38A1 orthologs in validated testing. It is intended for tissue homogenates and cell lysates prepared under standard lysis conditions.

Each kit provides reagents for up to 96 assays and is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, standards, substrate, and wash buffer. Store the kit refrigerated at 4 °C and protect reagents from light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted standards and working detection reagent to preserve assay performance.
