Human Sodium/calcium exchanger 1 (SLC8A1) ELISA Kit

Linearity is reported for serum (1:2 109-117%, 1:4 97-105%, 1:8 95-104%, 1:16 91-104%), EDTA plasma (1:2 101-109%, 1:4 99-107%, 1:8 103-113%, 1:16 86-96%) and heparin plasma (1:2 96-105%, 1:4 98-106%, 1:8 102-112%, 1:16 101-110%). Recovery averages 95% (range 89-101%) for serum and 97% (range 91-103%) for plasma.
