Human SOCS2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA built on a double antibody format from Assay Genie is intended for quantifying SOCS2 (Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 2) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid sample types. The assay provides a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a working range of 125–8000 pg/mL.

Linearity data report 83–105% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, and recovery ranges of 85–105% with averages of 94% (serum), 96% (EDTA plasma) and 100% (heparin plasma). The protocol uses a pre-coated plate with sequential incubations at 37°C — samples for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate for 30 minutes — followed by TMB substrate development in the dark and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
