Human SNX4 ELISA Kit (HUFI06417)

The Human SNX4 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Sorting Nexin 4, a peripheral membrane protein that participates in endosomal sorting and cargo retrieval from endosomes back to the trans-Golgi network. SNX4 contains a Phox homology (PX) domain that selectively binds phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PI3P), anchoring it to early and recycling endosomes where it coordinates the retrieval of receptors such as the cation-independent mannose 6-phosphate receptor. The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays microplate format and is intended for research use only, supporting investigations in membrane trafficking biology, receptor recycling pathways, and autophagy regulation. Researchers studying SNX4 function in signal-dependent receptor down-regulation, or its interactions with the retromer complex, KIBRA, or the CCC complex, can use this assay to profile protein expression in human samples.
