SNX3 (Sorting Nexin 3) is a PX-domain-containing endosomal sorting protein that operates with the retromer complex to recycle cargo receptors from early endosomes back to the cell surface and the trans-Golgi network. This Assay Genie ELISA kit provides a quantitative, research-use-only tool for measuring endogenous SNX3 levels in human biological specimens, supporting investigations into receptor trafficking, Wnt signalling, and membrane-sorting biology where altered SNX3 expression has been reported in disease models.
