Human SNX22 ELISA Kit (HUFI08445)

The Assay Genie SNX22 ELISA quantifies endogenous Sorting Nexin 22, a PX-domain-containing trafficking regulator implicated in endosomal sorting and melanosome biology. Researchers studying intracellular vesicle routing, GPCR signaling crosstalk, or pigmentation pathways can use this kit to measure SNX22 expression in human specimens.

Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, wash buffer, and TMB substrate reagents sufficient for the full plate run. Unopened kit components should be stored at 4 °C; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity. Reconstitute the lyophilized standard within 15 minutes before use and run all standards and samples in duplicate for reliable curve fitting.

The recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well of undiluted serum or plasma, or clarified cell culture supernatant. A standard curve is generated from a serial dilution series, and absorbance is recorded on a plate reader after stopping the reaction. The kit is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic procedures.
