SNW1 (SNW domain-containing protein 1), also called SKIP or NCOA-62, functions as a transcriptional coactivator and structural component of the spliceosome, with documented roles in Notch signalling, vitamin D receptor-mediated transcription, and the cellular DNA damage response.
