Human SNRNP48 ELISA Kit (HUFI08448)

The SNRNP48 target (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein 48, also called C6orf47) is a component of the minor U12-type spliceosome and contributes to pre-mRNA splicing of U12-type introns. This Assay Genie ELISA enables quantitative measurement of SNRNP48 in human donor-derived specimens.

Research applications include studies of spliceosome assembly, minor intron recognition, and investigations into disorders linked to defective minor splicing, including specific neurodegenerative conditions and cancers where spliceosome components are dysregulated. The assay format supports biomarker discovery and basic cell biology workflows.

Each kit contains a precoated microplate, detection antibody, standards, and substrate sufficient for 96 individual determinations. Store reagents refrigerated; protect the substrate vial from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted components. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen for long-term storage.
