Human SNRNP200 ELISA Kit (HUFI06430)

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively measures human SNRNP200, the ~200 kDa Ski2-family RNA helicase (also called BRR2) that remodels the U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP during spliceosome activation. The immunoassay uses a human-specific capture antibody, making it useful for studies of pre-mRNA splicing biology, autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa (RP33), and anti-SNRNP200 autoantibody profiling in connective tissue disease research. Reconstituted standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light; unused microplate strip wells can be returned to the foil pouch with desiccant and kept refrigerated for short-term use. The kit ships as a complete pack with a pre-coated plate, lyophilized standards, and assay diluent, and is intended for research use only.
