Human SNAP25/Synaptosomal-associated protein 25 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Synaptosomal-Associated Protein 25 (SNAP25) in human biological samples. It is intended for the cell biology research area and supports work into synaptic function and neurotransmitter release.

The assay is reactive with human samples and has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. According to the manufacturer's specifications, sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Reported linearity across dilutions spans 86–105% for serum, 87–100% for EDTA plasma, and 80–100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery performance averages 93% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma, with recovery ranges of 86–102%, 86–103%, and 90–99% respectively. Colorimetric readout is achieved using TMB substrate with absorbance measured at 450 nm, and components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
