Human SMYD4 ELISA Kit (HUFI08452)

The Human SMYD4 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring SMYD4, a SET and MYND domain-containing histone methyltransferase implicated in chromatin remodeling, skeletal muscle differentiation, and tumor suppression pathways. The kit is supplied as a complete pack with pre-coated microplate strips, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilised recombinant protein standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution and stop solution in individual vials. The protocol calls for a 100 uL sample volume per well, and the assay is intended for research use only. Unopened components should be stored refrigerated and protected from light, with reconstituted standards aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
