Human SMCR7L ELISA Kit (HUFI06456)

The SMCR7L protein, also designated MIEF2 or MiD51, is a mitochondrial outer membrane adaptor that recruits the GTPase Drp1 to drive organelle fission. The Assay Genie microplate kit employs human-specific capture antibodies and shows no significant cross-reactivity with rat or mouse SMCR7L orthologues. Reconstitute lyophilized standards in assay diluent and store unopened kit components refrigerated, protected from light, until the printed expiration date. Each pack contains one precoated microplate strip, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution, and serial dilution standards enabling quantitative measurement of endogenous mitochondrial fission regulators in human biospecimens.
