Human Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein E (SNRPE) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA designed for the detection of human Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein E (SNRPE) levels in biological samples. SNRPE is a core component of the spliceosomal U1, U2, U4 and U5 small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs), the building blocks of the spliceosome, and plays an important role in the splicing of cellular pre-mRNAs. The assay employs a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples.

The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human SNRPE. It delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.16ng/mL. Reagents are stored at -20°C, with the wash buffer, substrate and stop solution stored at 4°C, and the product is shipped at +4°C.
