Human Smad3/MADH3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich (double antibody) ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Smad3/MADH3 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format, with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin (SABC), and TMB substrate producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. A validated Bradford Reagent is included for total protein quantification and sample normalization.

The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Reported linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 80–101% across matrices, and spike-and-recovery averages are 97% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma) and 95% (heparin plasma).
