Human SLITRK6 ELISA Kit (HUFI06469)

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of human SLITRK6, a single-pass transmembrane leucine-rich repeat protein studied in prostate cancer as a tissue-restricted antigen target, in neurite outgrowth biology, and in inner ear hair cell maintenance where loss-of-function variants are linked to hearing loss. The two-antibody capture format relies on recombinant and native SLITRK6 recognition by a pre-coated capture reagent paired with a biotinylated detector and streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, producing a colored signal via TMB substrate. Working standards and detection reagents should be kept refrigerated; long-term storage of unused microplate strips sealed in the foil pouch with desiccant extends shelf life up to six months. Each kit supplies a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detector, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash concentrate, and serial-dilution standards sufficient for 96 determinations. Reported performance supports a working range from low-ng/mL to mid-ng/mL concentrations of recombinant SLITRK6, with 100 µL of diluted clinical specimen loaded per well.
