Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (95-105%, 103-113%, 105-115%, 96-106%), EDTA plasma (103-113%, 102-110%, 103-115%, 112-122%) and heparin plasma (100-110%, 109-117%, 95-107%, 85-85%), with recovery averaging 100% for serum (94-106%) and 102% for plasma (96-108%). The kit detects natural and recombinant human SLIT2.
