Human SLC36A4 ELISA Kit (HUFI06482)

This quantitative sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie targets human SLC36A4 (also known as PAT4), a lysosomal membrane transporter that mediates efflux of small neutral amino acids from the lysosomal lumen into the cytosol. The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays format with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized protein standards, standard diluent, wash buffer, detection reagents A and B, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealer; reaction incubations are carried out at 37 °C with100 µL sample and reagent volumes per well, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. For quantitative work, the assay delivers a detection range 0.313 to 20 ng/mL with sensitivity < 0.188 ng/mL, supporting measurement of PAT4 levels in serum, plasma, cell lysate, and tissue homogenate specimens. Cleared supernatant aliquots should be stored frozen and subjected to limited freeze-thaw cycles to preserve analyte integrity, and unopened kits are shipped at 4 °C.
