Human SLC30A3/Zinc transporter 3 ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human SLC30A3 (Zinc Transporter 3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a sandwich ELISA format with a double-antibody detection method, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB-based color development.

Reported linearity for serum spanned 81–105% across serial dilutions, with EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples showing comparable performance, and spike-and-recovery data were also provided for these three sample types.

SLC30A3, also known as Zinc transporter 3 (ZnT-3), contributes to zinc homeostasis in the body, and the kit is intended for signal transduction research into conditions such as neurodegenerative disorders, diabetes, and immune dysfunction.
