Human SLC2A13/Proton myo-inositol cotransporter ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human SLC2A13 (proton myo-inositol cotransporter) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. SLC2A13 is a proton myo-inositol cotransporter protein involved in cellular transport and the regulation of inositol homeostasis, and has been implicated in various diseases including diabetes, neurological disorders, and cancer, making the kit a useful resource for studying its function and therapeutic potential.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.281 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.469-30 ng/mL. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 92-102%, 86-104%, and 86-101%; EDTA plasma 82-100%, 88-101%, and 87-101%; heparin plasma 85-98%, 81-95%, and 87-98%. Spike-and-recovery testing returned averages of 96% for serum (range 86-102%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 88-104%), and 93% for heparin plasma (range 86-99%).

Components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
