Human SLC29A1/ENT1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format for the precise measurement of SLC29A1 (also known as ENT1) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for signal transduction research, where SLC29A1 is studied as a critical nucleoside transporter implicated in cancer and neurological disorders and as a mediator of nucleoside analog drug uptake.

Reported linearity values across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 86–101%, 86–104% and 92–101% for serum; 86–98%, 85–101% and 83–96% for EDTA plasma; and 84–97%, 85–100% and 82–98% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 85–105% (average 95%) for serum, 85–105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–100% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. Detection uses a biotin-labeled antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate and absorbance measured at 450 nm. Kits should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
