Human SLC25A5/ADP/ATP translocase 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of human SLC25A5 (also known as ADP/ATP translocase 2, ANT 2, Adenine nucleotide translocator 2, or Solute carrier family 25 member 5) in research samples. The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format with a biotin-labelled detection antibody, an HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.

The kit provides a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL, and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 86-93% at 1:2, 87-100% at 1:4 and 80-99% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 87-105%, 83-99% and 81-92%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 87-101%, 86-89% and 84-99%. Mean recoveries are 96% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 92% for heparin plasma.
