Human SLC24A4 ELISA Kit (HUFI08472)

The SLC24A4 gene encodes the potassium-dependent sodium-calcium exchanger NCKX4, a transmembrane transporter expressed in ameloblasts and melanocytes that plays roles in tooth enamel formation and melanin production. This Assay Genie ELISA enables quantitative measurement of human SLC24A4 protein in serum and plasma for in vitro research applications including studies of amelogenesis imperfecta, dental enamel mineralization biology, and pigmentation pathway investigations. The human-specific capture antibody provides selective detection of the NCKX4 protein. Each microplate strip configuration supports a 100 uL sample volume per well, with assay buffer and detection reagents supplied in individual vials within the kit for refrigerated storage until use.
