SLC22A15 belongs to the solute carrier family 22 group of organic cation and anion transporters, with documented expression in hepatic and renal tissue where it contributes to cellular handling of endogenous metabolites and drug-like substrates. The Assay Genie immunoassay kit for human SLC22A15 offers a quantitative ELISA platform suited to transporter research, providing researchers with a tool to measure protein levels across experimental conditions such as gene regulation studies, drug–substrate interaction work, and tissue-specific expression profiling. The kit is supplied as a complete 96-assay package containing pre-coated capture antibody wells, a biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, standard calibrators, and wash and substrate buffers sufficient for standard curve generation alongside multiple sample replicates. During the workflow, target analyte in the loaded specimen is captured onto the plate and recognized by a labelled detection reagent, producing an enzyme-linked readout whose intensity is proportional to SLC22A15 concentration.
