Human SLC12A1/Solute carrier family 12 member 1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human SLC12A1 (Solute carrier family 12 member 1), also known as NKCC2, the kidney-specific bumetanide-sensitive sodium-(potassium)-chloride cotransporter. The kit is intended for research use and detects SLC12A1 in human serum and plasma samples using a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format.

Sensitivity is reported at 0.188 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported recovery in serum is an average of 98% (range 90–105%), in EDTA plasma an average of 91% (range 85–96%), and in heparin plasma an average of 97% (range 92–101%). Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions.
