Human SLAM PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1100)

An in vitro quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures human Signaling Lymphocytic Activation Molecule (SLAM, CD150) protein in research samples. This ELISA kit targets a cell-surface receptor central to lymphocyte activation, immune synapse formation between T and B cells, and measles virus entry on immune cells.

Investigators in immunology, viral pathogenesis, autoimmune disease research, and transplant biology use soluble SLAM quantification as a marker of immune activation across cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum matrices. The assay produces a colorimetric readout on a standard microplate reader.

Each 96 assays kit ships with pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant SLAM standards, streptavidin conjugate, substrate solution, and stop reagent for the complete workflow. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples are incubated in antibody-coated wells, and bound analyte is detected through the enzyme-substrate reaction. Absorbance is recorded and concentrations interpolated against the calibrator curve.

Reagent components are stored according to the enclosed insert, and reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The kit is configured for research use only.
