Human Skp2/S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (SKP2), a key regulator of cell-cycle progression implicated in cancer research. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 82-105% for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reported spike-and-recovery is 86-101% (average 92%) for serum, 85-98% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma and 87-105% (average 97%) for heparin plasma.

The workflow comprises a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step, TMB colour development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with lyophilised standard and microplate strips also storable at -20°C for 12 months.
