Human Sjogren Syndrome Antigen B (SSB) ELISA Kit

The Human SSB ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of Sjogren Syndrome Antigen B, a 48 kDa RNA-binding phosphoprotein recognized as the La autoantigen. Anti-SSB/La antibody testing supports differential diagnosis of Sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, and neonatal lupus when evaluated alongside anti-SSA/Ro serology.

Validated across serum samples, plasma samples, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The microplate-based protocol requires a 100 uL sample volume per well, and reagents are supplied for 96 determinations in a single strip-frame plate. Refrigerate all components upon arrival, equilibrate to room temperature before use, and protect the substrate from light. Intended for research use only, not for clinical diagnostic decisions.
