Human SIVA ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of SIVA in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and has a stated sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL.

Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls between 82% and 103% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n = 5 per matrix). Spike-and-recovery performance averaged 95% (range 87–101%) in serum, 96% (range 89–105%) in EDTA plasma, and 96% (range 89–103%) in heparin plasma. The protocol follows a six-step workflow with incubations at 37 °C, TMB-based color development, and absorbance read at 450 nm.
