The Human SIRP-gamma PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of SIRP-gamma (also known as SIRPG or CD172g), a transmembrane immunoglobulin superfamily receptor expressed primarily on T lymphocytes, NK cells, and select myeloid populations. The kit supports research into immune cell-cell communication, particularly the CD47-SIRP-gamma axis and its role in modulating T-cell activation, cytotoxic synapse formation, and tumor immune evasion.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant SIRP-gamma standards, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. The standard curve supports interpolation of unknown concentrations across cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum-derived samples, with intra-assay and inter-assay precision suitable for exploratory biomarker studies. The protocol uses 100 µL of sample per well for standards, controls, and unknowns.

Typical research applications include profiling SIRP-gamma expression in autoimmune disease cohorts, monitoring NK and CD8+ T-cell responses in immuno-oncology workflows, and characterizing recombinant protein or antibody candidates targeting the SIRP family. Store unopened kit components at refrigerated temperatures (4°C) and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard and conjugate working solutions to preserve binding activity.
