SIKE1 (Suppressor of IKBKE 1) is a negative regulator of innate immune signaling, interacting with the kinases TBK1 and IKKε to modulate type I interferon responses and antiviral defense. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of SIKE1 protein levels with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, supporting research into host-pathogen interactions, autoimmune disease mechanisms, and NF-κB pathway regulation.
