SLAMF7, also designated CD319, CRACC, and CS1, is a homophilic type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule receptor family that mediates adhesion and activation signaling across natural killer cells, B lymphocytes, plasma cells, and selected T-cell subsets. This Assay Genie quantification kit enables researchers to measure human SLAMF7 protein concentrations in tissue homogenates and cell lysates using a microplate-based immunoassay workflow. The reagents are supplied in a complete kit format containing pre-coated plate, standards, detection antibody, and assay buffer sufficient for ninety-six determinations per run. SLAMF7 has attracted sustained research interest as a clinically validated target in multiple myeloma, where monoclonal antibody therapies engage this receptor to potentiate NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. The kit therefore supports oncology, immunology, and hematology laboratories investigating SLAM receptor signaling, immune synapse biology, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity assays, and the development of next-generation immunotherapeutics.
