Human Signal-induced proliferation-associated 1-like protein 1 (SIPA1L1) ELISA Kit

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.067ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 4.1% and inter-assay CV at 8.2%. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls within 86-119% across dilution factors from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma. Specificity is described for natural and recombinant human SIPA1L1.

Functionally, SIPA1L1 stimulates the GTPase activity of RAP2A, promotes reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, recruits DLG4 to F-actin and contributes to the regulation of dendritic spine morphogenesis.
