Human SIGLEC1/CD169 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of Siglec1 (CD169) levels in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 81% to 101% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Recovery values are reported as 95-105% (average 92%) for serum, 86-101% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 92-103% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
