Human Siglec-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1090)

Soluble Siglec-3 (CD33) can be quantified in human cell culture supernatants, plasma or serum using this immunoassay from Assay Genie. Siglec-3 is a sialic acid–binding lectin expressed primarily on myeloid lineage cells and has become a major focus in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) research, antibody-drug conjugate development, and studies of innate immune regulation.

Supplied as a 96-assay kit, the reagents support studies comparing receptor shedding from myeloid cells across disease states, drug treatments, and genetic backgrounds. Researchers in AML therapeutics, myelodysplastic syndrome biology, and microglial signaling use Siglec-3 measurements to track target engagement and biomarker changes in vitro and in patient-derived samples.

The colorimetric readout is compatible with standard microplate readers, and each box contains a pre-coated plate, assay buffers, detection reagents, and a standard curve.
