Human Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 10/Siglec-10 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 10 (Siglec-10) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection format and is intended for research applications in immunology, including studies of immune regulation, inflammatory signalling, and the role of SIGLEC-10 as a biomarker in immune-related disorders.

Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Spike-and-recovery averages are 93% in serum (range 87-99%), 98% in EDTA plasma (range 90-104%), and 98% in heparin plasma (range 91-104%). The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate with a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding biotin-labelled detection antibody with incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, binding HRP-streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes at 37°C, developing colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, stopping the reaction, and reading absorbance at 450 nm.
