Human Sialic Acid Binding Ig Like Lectin 1 (SIGLEC1) ELISA Kit

The SIGLEC1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay that measures human Sialic Acid Binding Ig Like Lectin 1, also known as CD169 or sialoadhesin, in research samples. SIGLEC1 is a macrophage-expressed adhesion molecule increasingly studied as a biomarker of type I interferon activity, with published applications in systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV-1 immunopathogenesis, and SARS-CoV-2 immune response profiling.

The kit is configured for 96 determinations and uses an absorbance-based colorimetric read-out, allowing compatibility with standard microplate readers. It is validated for use with human serum or plasma specimens, plus tissue homogenate samples.
