Human SI (Sucrase-isomaltase, intestinal) ELISA KIT (HUFI04845)

Sucrase-isomaltase (SI) is a disaccharide-hydrolyzing enzyme anchored in the brush-border membrane of small intestinal enterocytes, where it cleaves sucrose and α-1,6-linked isomaltose oligosaccharides during carbohydrate digestion. Assay Genie's immunoassay kit provides quantitative measurement of human SI in research specimens, supporting work on intestinal epithelial biology, mucosal physiology, and congenital sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (CSID).

The kit is configured as a 96-Assay microplate immunoassay with a colorimetric end-point, and includes a pre-coated plate, calibration standards, detection reagents, and the wash and substrate buffers needed to run the full plate. Protocols are optimized for human sucrase-isomaltase and are documented in the kit insert.
