Human SH3BGR ELISA Kit (HUFI06543)

Built for quantitative detection of SH3 domain-binding glutamic acid-rich protein (SH3BGR), this ELISA kit supports investigations into a roughly 25 kDa intracellular protein encoded on chromosome 21q22.3, within the Down syndrome critical region. The protein is expressed predominantly in cardiac and skeletal muscle, and altered SH3BGR levels have been investigated in research on trisomy 21, congenital heart defects, and related cardiovascular models. Supplied by Assay Genie for in vitro research use, the reagents are configured for measuring native human SH3BGR in experimental samples.
