The Human SH2D1B ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of SH2D1B (also known as EAT-2), an immune-cell signaling adaptor expressed in NK cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes and involved in SLAM-family receptor pathways. Researchers investigating lymphocyte activation, innate immunity, or SLAM-SAP signaling can use this assay to evaluate SH2D1B levels in serum-type and plasma-type specimens collected from human subjects. The kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, calibrated standards, wash buffer, and substrate reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
