The Human SGEF ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of SGEF (also known as ARHGEF31 or H1fl), a Rho family guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates RhoG signaling in endothelial and epithelial cells. SGEF contributes to cytoskeletal remodeling pathways that influence cell migration, junctional integrity, and angiogenic responses, and altered expression has been reported in studies of vascular barrier dysfunction, tumor cell motility, and inflammatory disease models. Researchers apply this immunoassay to investigate SGEF protein abundance in human samples for biomarker discovery and pathway-focused research.
