Human SFRP5 (Secreted frizzled-related protein 5) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of Human Secreted frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP5). The double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Dilutional linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 is 88–99% / 90–101% / 89–100%, 85–94% / 84–101% / 86–100%, and 82–100% / 81–100% / 80–93% respectively. Spike recovery is 85–105% (average 92%) in serum, 85–104% (average 91%) in EDTA plasma, and 93–104% (average 97%) in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
